This is an evocative and deeply descriptive love story to magical Iceland. Their journey took me back to my trips and the way the stops are portrayed was so accurate. It was reminiscent of the wanderlust that makes Iceland so special. I remember how awestruck I was when I saw the Northern Lights for the first time. This is so special in the book and perfectly captured how elusive they are.

On to the love story; it is a slow burn. A really slow burn! The miscommunications and almost moments are a little frustrating towards the end and their maybe partners were deliberately very annoying. However their connection and chemistry as life long friends is beautiful.
