The Sniper and the Swan

This book gave me exactly the kind of romance I love: chemistry, mystery, danger, and characters who slowly become each other’s safe place.

I absolutely loved Mia. She has so much fire in her, and I loved watching her stand her ground rather than simply letting Matteo’s protectiveness dictate her choices. And Matteo… what can I say? He may seem harsh and intimidating on the outside, but underneath, he’s the biggest cinnamon roll when it comes to the people he loves.

And their chemistry? Electric. I could feel the tension between them practically jumping off the page. And that night under the stars… yeah, that absolutely destroyed me 😭❤️

I also really enjoyed the suspense surrounding Mia’s past and the danger following her. There are secrets, people hunting her, and plenty of moments where the stakes feel very real.

But more than anything, this book left me with a feeling of hope. Beneath all the danger and secrets, there was something really warm about finding your way to the people who make you feel safe and choosing to hope for a future, even when the odds are against you.

If you love thrilling romance with mystery, high stakes, a protective morally-gray man who’ll kill for you (literally), and a strong heroine, I definitely recommend giving this one a read.
