If you’ve already read the first Mooncrush, then you probably have a good sense of where my journey is taking me. I call it a journey because every idea, every spark of inspiration, every new character that shows up pulls me down a different path. It’s like waking up each morning and asking myself, “Where am I headed today?”
Of course, I go straight to work first — but when I get home, sit down, and look over the notes I scribbled throughout the day, I still have no clue what’s about to unfold. Writers will tell you to take notes, build outlines, write summaries, all that structured stuff.
Me? I just start writing and follow the flow. Whatever comes out gets typed out. That’s pretty much my motto.
The next book in the series is officially on its way. I don’t have a release date yet, but it’s in the works right now. And honestly—just my opinion—it’s already shaping up to be better than the first. The scenes are hitting harder, the emotions run deeper, and the story feels like it’s leveling up on its own. Could be I'm just becoming a more experinced writer. But I don’t like judging my own books. I’ll let you all decide that when you read it.
Thank you for reading. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!!!
