Back to Faking It With My Firefighter

Full Review by Tasha_B94

Faking It With My Firefighter by Jolene Mosi delivers a small-town enemies-to-lovers romance that has plenty of sparks, emotional tension, and two people who discover that the person they can’t stand might just be the one they can’t live without. Centered around the enemies-to-lovers and fake engagement tropes, we are introduced to the two main characters, the FMC Shelia and MMC Troy. One of the things that kept me interested with this novel was the chemistry between the main characters. Their clashes, sharp banter, and stubborn determination to keep their distance created a fun push-and-pull dynamic that had reading till the very last page. While the surprise pregnancy element added another layer of emotional stakes, forcing the characters to face responsibilities and feelings they may have been trying to avoid. Overall, Faking It With My Firefighter was a comforting romance filled with unexpected love and second chances.
