First, thank you for reading In Every Other Way early. For a first book with no publisher behind it, those reviews did more than I can easily say.
Book two is now live: A Faithful Likeness, out 13 October. It's Iris's story (Elsie's best friend from book one), and it isn't the same kind of book as the first, so I'd rather tell you now than have you find out at chapter four.
- It's sapphic. Iris falls for a woman.
- It's about an affair. Margot is married when it begins, the infidelity is on the page, and her husband is a decent man who gets hurt.
- It reads standalone. Different couple, and you don't need book one.
If that's not for you, please skip it with a clear conscience. I would much rather that than have you finish it wishing you hadn't. Book three is Theo's.
