Gaia's Dawn

This one felt like stepping into a completely different kind of romance, and I loved how unapologetically dark and mythological it is. 🌙✨

What grabbed me most was the atmosphere. There’s something almost haunting about the idea of a goddess carrying both immense power and the fear of what that power could turn her into. That gave the story an emotional weight that went beyond the romance for me.

I also really appreciated the strong FMC energy. She isn't powerful simply because the story tells us she is—her strength comes with consequences. There's vulnerability underneath all that power, and I found that contrast really compelling.

The mythology was another huge win. I love when fantasy romance actually feels like it has its own mythology rather than simply putting romantic characters into a magical setting. Gaia’s Dawn has that larger-than-life quality that made the world feel mysterious and dangerous.

And the reverse-harem element worked particularly well with the themes of trust, devotion, and sacrifice. Rather than the relationships feeling like they're there just for the romance, there's a larger emotional question underneath them: what does it actually mean to give someone your trust when the stakes are this high?

That was probably my favorite part.

This book has a darker tone, but there’s also something deeply romantic about the idea of finding people who willingly stand beside you when they know exactly how dangerous your world can be.

Power. Mythology. Devotion. Sacrifice. A woman trying not to become the monster everyone fears.

Yeah… this one definitely left an impression.
