Users must contact Stripe for disputes or refunds, and Pen Pinery will update account access accordingly.

You can set up your campaign details in advance, but readers won't be able to apply until your ARC file (EPUB, PDF, DOCX, etc.) is uploaded and an ARC end date is set.

Readers do not receive rewards for completing individual ARC reviews. The leaderboard is based solely on a reader's review-to-pending-review ratio: readers with more completed reviews relative to pending reviews rank higher. Readers can earn visual profile badges for cumulative review milestones, such as completing 10 reviews. These badges are purely celebratory and do not affect ARC applications, leaderboard placement, or eligibility. They are not connected to any specific ARC and have no monetary or other practical value. This system is designed to recognize readers' reviewing activity without interfering with Amazon's review requirements.

Your ARC is listed where readers searching for your kind of romance will find it — not in a general pool of every genre.

You choose your ARC end date when you launch the campaign. Most authors run their ARC for two to six weeks before release day. Your credit is only used once the campaign launches, and credits never expire, so you can buy now and schedule whenever you're ready.
