Hellebore Fields: A Dark Academia Hockey Romance

Worlds collide when the straight A, perfectionist is paired with the university's most volatile hockey star for a project. He seeks to own her and she is helpless to stop it. This book is dark, angsty, twisty, and full of obsession. I really liked the premise, but I wish there was more hockey and also that the characters were a bit more likable than they were. I was really invested for the first half of the book, but by the second half, I was ready for it to be over. Overall, a pretty good, quick read but I probably won't continue the series.
