This book started out strong and is very well written. It alternates from the FMC and MMC's points of view as you learn about their lives on campus as a scholarship recipient and the hockey player who is obsessed with her. For 25 chapters, I was captivated, and wanted to read more. It showed his drive to win her over, painting his obsession as his downfall (evoking my visceral reaction to him - well done!). But then, there was a very sudden, and surprising ending that didn't sit well with me. It seemed too far fetched and unrealistic. The fight scene between the MMC and the murderous second stalker wasn't believable simply due to strength differential and skill (the MMC is a hockey star, known fighter). Overall, I did enjoy this book, I just wished it ended stronger with more depth.
