Since launching Pen Pinery as a romance-only ARC platform, we've had a few authors tell us they assumed we only catered to high heat and explicit romance. That's on us - our early copy leaned heavily into "spicy" language and that wasn't fair to the full romance community.
Pen Pinery welcomes every heat level, from closed door sweet romance to scorching explicit. If you write cozy romance, Christian romance, clean contemporary, or anything in between - you belong here just as much as the spicy authors do.
We've updated our heat level labels, our copy, and our slogan to reflect that. Pen Pinery is a home for all romance readers and authors, full stop.
