Assassins of Shadows and Steel

When I started reading this book for the ARC review I didn't expect I needed to worry about spoiling the plot. Riddiculously hot girl having dangerous entanglements with a walking red flag that looks way too tempting, right?
Wrong
Sure the story of Bexley and Rosalie has its fair share of temptation and hotness. But at the core of tha narrative are mysteries that entice the reader even if dark romance is not among their favorite genres.
It is hard to judge the worldbuilding and the mystery itself after one book in a longer series, but I found myself wanting more. I wanted more about how Bex and Ros came to the world of the books and of the titular assassins. Hopefully, in the next book.
