I can honestly say that this book took me by surprise. Such fierce, unpredictable and deep characters, I already miss them, their cunning approach to loyalty, redemption and love. 5/5, for sure!

So, the setting for this is not amazingly new or original, but I liked how all characters got the spotlight. You have several MMC and FMC,and that was refreshing.

I felt like the pace was not consistent throughout the book. Still it was an enjoyable read and I am thankful for the opportunity.

This was an impressive and immersive reading.

I find that I read several different books on one go, and that is as amazing as confusing, but it does speaks volumes about the author's ability and complexity.

This has a lot of Goodfellas vibes, and even though you have a glimpse of the ruthlessness, you're mostly led through the emotional development of our MMC.

This was a nice introductory narrative. A lot of world building is surely happening in the next installment, as we navigate with Nae into the perils to come.

This was fast paced, creative, packed with action and romance. The peculiarity of this potential triangle almost made me feel less engaged, but the author delivers an interesting comeback.

This is, by far, the easiest review. Clean and spot on 5 stars. The depth of the characters, the plot, the emotionally rich and sometimes devastating narrative. Loved it!
